oh, I didn't know people got paid to write for associated content ever, i thought it was more of an honor/sharing the info kind of thing. how does it work to get paid to write for them? do they ask for articles or you just send in or what?

Little bit of both!

If there's a topic you want to write about you can, but you might not get paid for it. Other times they put out a *call* for articles on certain topics, and you can write about them or not...

I keep meaning to try it myself, but I have enough problems getting SocialSpark and PayPerPost to accept my posts... :\
